By accessing or using My Golf Insights (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to the website at mygolfinsights.com, the Progressive Web App (PWA), and any related services.
My Golf Insights is a golf scoring and coaching tool. It helps golfers record rounds, track statistics, and receive pattern-based coaching insights. It is not a substitute for professional instruction from a qualified golf coach or PGA professional.
You agree to use My Golf Insights only for its intended purpose — tracking and improving your golf game. You must not:
Round data, scores, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of your data. You are responsible for backing it up. If you lose your device or clear your browser storage, locally stored data cannot be recovered by us. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.
Access to Pro features requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscription fees are charged in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge if you believe an error has occurred.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
My Golf Insights is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that coaching insights will improve your scores. Golf is a complex sport and individual results vary.
Coaching reports and suggestions are generated from your own statistical patterns. They are informational only and do not constitute professional golf instruction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Golf Insights and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury sustained while using the App on-course.
All content, design, code, and branding in My Golf Insights is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time. If you have a Pro subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
